Payment & Shipping
Payment methods accepted are: Visa, MasterCard and checks. Personal checks must clear our bank before shipment. Buyer pays for shipping and insurance.
We will hold items for five business days awaiting payment. If payment does not arrive within that time frame, the item will be placed back into active inventory. We do not currently accept credit card payments on-line. We will take your credit card information over the phone.
Customers have three business days after receipt of shipped item to inspect said piece to their satisfaction. Returns will not be accepted after this time period. All items must be returned in the same condition it was shipped or no refund will be given. A ten percent restocking fee on the purchase price of all returned items will be accessed, plus the original cost of shipping and insuring the purchased items.
Clients must make layaway payments on time. If we have not heard from you within 30 days of your payment due date, all monies will be forfeited and the item will be placed back in active inventory.
